• We will provide initial design concepts and revisions as per the selected package. Once the final design is delivered, no further changes or refunds will be issued.
• All project timelines and deliverables will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• If you fail to provide necessary project details (such as brand assets or required content), we will proceed with the best possible design approach, and refunds will not be issued for missing information.
• Due to the nature of design services, APPOLO GROUP 4PTV is not responsible for any third-party issues related to hosting, domain setup, or external integrations.
